Regarding the gameplay, the game touches various genres (just as the original installments did) offering levels of forceful BEAT EM UP of impossible combos with other levels of speed, platforms, or even daring to play the BULLET HELL genre. With this interesting “autoparodic” situation this new installment starts, with some crazy BATTLETOADS trying to go back to being the stars they always should be. ![]() It has been 26 years since our favorite fighting amphibians saved the galaxy from the Dark Queen, but today their feats have been forgotten and NOBODY has a memory of them (like life itself). Now the question is, have these battle toads made a worthy return? our answer is we think so!
